London introduces new bus network called Edible Bus Stops where people can pick up lunch on their way to work in urban areas

November 19, 2014

"A new initiative in London that has its roots in the direct action of 'guerrilla gardening' is working to transform some of the city's more brutal urban spaces and wastelands into a series of micro-pars and gardens. Called The Edible Bus Stop - because many of these transformed spaces are on the London Bus network - the project is creating growing spaces where commuters can literally pick their lunch on the way to work."
